The post has suitable packages. The cue should be packaged additionally to avoid damages, best with bubble wrap! We recommend tubes for shipping! Attention: Post arises tube-addition, up to EUR 500,- automatically insured, for more expensive cues or multiple cues a seperate insurance is advisable!
Simplest procedure: Place the needed repairings into the shopping cart, choose payment and send the cue to us: Arthur Queue, Siemensstr. 11, D-67227 Frankenthal. The payment handling will be defined after recieving your cue. We will check if the wished mending is necessary. If not, we won`t charge your order. If we find other repairs to be done, we will inform and ask you by mail oder phone. Hint: Monday is the best day for shipping!
Alternatively you can also send your cue with a note (your complete personal data, your order and the requested payment)
Additional to handling time comes 1 day for processing in our office and 2 days for shipping.
Repairs in non-EU-countries (like Switzerland, Great Britain,...): Please add a pro forma invoice, NO commercial invoice!
Note: cues are made of wood and are natural products, which react sensitively to thermal fluctuation. Please never let your cue, neither in summer nor winter, in the car over night or near the radiator.
