Which data is stored when shopping?

We store your name, your postal adress and the email adress. These data are needed to edit and accomplish your order. The details to the email adress, phone and fax make it easier for us to contact you quickly if necessary.  We save your data in a secure area in our system, so ordering will be easier and faster for you the next time.  We also automatically save server logfile information, which your browser sends us (like the IP-adress), information that is saved in form of cookies - with your allowance - and the site you opened. Which informations are collected from the questionnaire?

We save the email-adress to send you the password, if you should forget it or a voucher number.By request we also inform you of special campaigns and convenient special offers. Possibly we ask for your gender, your age and the country you live in. We use this information only to improve our proposal and our portfolio.

To whom are the informations forwarded?

We DO NOT sell or rent ANY data to a third party, neither do we bargain with data of our customers or potenial buyers!  To handle payment by credit card, we only send encoded information to your bank for allocation. Your name and your adress are forwarded to our shippig department, so the order can be delivered to you. Within an possible status report, we forward your data to our collection partner (IDEMA Schwarz KG) for verification. 

Under which circumstances do we approach you?

By request you will receive a shipment tracking note by email, after your order has left our store. If your order is not filled out completely (like missing adress data), a service member will contact you to complete the order.

At the moment we have about 700 products available online. Our assortment enfolds more than 5.000 products. Please, just ask by phone or email!
