Shipping:
- in Germany and the EU we generally ship the packages by GLS.
- Outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, USA) we ship by German post.
- GLS-shipments are covered by insurance up to a merchandise value of EUR 750,- (net, without tax).
- Added value up to EUR 5.000,- on request, additional charge EUR 20,-.
- Smaller goods, like tips, books etc. (up to max. 500 g) are (if possible by size) shipped by post at a lower-cost!
- Pool tables and kicker tables are sent by dispatcher or our own truck.
Shipping costs inside Germany up to 20 kg:
- The shipping costs are automatically calculated by clicking the required shipping form, considering the overall weight of your order.
- Basic rate: EUR 7,-.
- Small goods (tips, glue, etc.) up to max. 500 g are sent in a padded envelope for EUR 2,-.
- Excepted hereof are pool tables.
Cash on delivery (only in Germany):
With cash on delivery (invoice total is purchased by deliverer) an extra charge of EUR 5,- is accumulated.
Shipping costs Europe and worldwide:
We ship or products to almost all countries in the world. Our shipping module considers your habitation (also abroad), when you order. Please ask for shipping costs by mail, if they are not listed for your country. Small goods (tips, glue, etc.) up to max. 500 g are sent in a padded envelope for EUR 4,-.
